The artworks “Porte poetiche” were first presented at the 49th where director Harald Szeemann invited Rotelli to create an installation along the long exterior path of the Arsenale. The artist utilized the space by installing 100 old doors with poetic verses. Le “Porte d’oro che vengono presentate qui riportano un verso di Derek Walcott (“sono nessuno o sono una nazione”) e di Ezra Pound (“heaven is not artificial”).
